I thought I'd give a little constructive critique to help out later in your career. This is indeed a very cute piece. The expression on this dog's face is quite adorable. The only thing I noticed on the face really was the shape of the eyes. A dogs eyes are more of an oval shape, and very slightly slanted (on this breed), and should maybe be moved forward towards the stop only a little bit. Depending on the way I draw noses on a dog, I usually leave a sort of arc shape for the nostrils, which are either lighter or darker than the actual nose colour.

The paws are only slightly to small. Other than that, they look quite good.

My last little piece here is about the tail and hind quarters of the dog. I noticed that the hind leg is a bit to short, the place where the fur begins to curl in (or out) to end the lines of the legs should be higher up towards the back a bit.

Making the tail a little longer would also be advice.

This is no doubt a great drawing! I hope I could help out by giving this critique!
